Chamomile
Yes, chamomile tea is ubiquitous even at the grocery. But frankly, nothing equals homegrown flowers, dried to perfection in a well ventilated spot in the house, away from light. I harvest and dry them on a framed screen lined with a light cloth or in a collapsible herb dryer. The flavour is sooo different - worth giving it a try! Plus, these are very eager to self-seed if you leave some flowers on the plants and keep a bit of bare soil around. (photos: (1) flower harvest (2) chamomile seeds are so tiny!)
