A pollinator pit-stop! Bees (wild and honey-) love it. Lovely annual flower. In nearly all shades of pink, purple, blue. Edible flowers and a joyful cutflower ! Depending on soil conditions, may self-seed if allowed to. Prefers a well-drained, sunny spot to thrive. In bloom from mid-July onwards here. Direct seeded in early spring, scattered or in rows about 3-4 in. apart. Most often sown over complete bed section to take advantage of its whole range of colors.
