Tomato, MICHURINSKY
An early, round red, nicely productive and tasty tomato! About the size of Gardener’s Delight, but earlier. I can only guess it gets its name from famous Russian fruit tree breeder, Ivan V. Michurin, whose life spanned both Czarist and the Soviet eras, by whom many cold-hardy fruit trees were bred. An interesting tomato that is fit for our short season! My original seeds came from Ukraine. The plant itself is short, determinate but very prolific. They are juicy and they taste excellent.
